Roxbury Tenants of Harvard (RTH) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing, preserving, and maintaining safe and affordable housing for low and moderate-income individuals of diverse backgrounds in the Mission Hill neighborhood. Established in 1969 to oppose Harvard University’s proposed expansion, RTH has grown into one of the oldest grassroots tenant organizations, advocating for tenant empowerment and quality affordable housing.
